Warranty Info

Our warranty certifies that your QUEMEX watch is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. To qualify under the warranty for service or replacement you must send your watch together with a valid guarantee card to:

Please include a certified check or money order for $4.99 to cover the return postage, handling and insurance. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage to glass, bracelet, strap, attachments and battery. Watches not marked "Water Resistant" are not covered for water damage.
